    The HOP'N (Health Opportunities for Physical Activity and Nutrition) Home Child Care program provides a 12-week program to engage children and parents in changing their homes to promote healthful eating and physical activity.  The 12-week curriculum, weekly home connection activities, newsletters, and more are available here.
